Eligible nonprofit organizations are defined by Act 2 of 2012 as a charitable, religious, fraternal or veterans'
organization, club, club licensee, or civic and service association. Types of Games that can be
played are limited to Daily Drawings, Weekly Drawings, Punch Boards,
Pull-Tabs, and Raffles.
