Small Games of Chance. To learn more about Small Games of Chance licenses, or to obtain an application, click here. (See "Primer" and "Form 1752").

Eligible nonprofit organizations are defined by Act 2 of 2012 as a charitable, religious, fraternal or veterans' organization, club, club licensee, or civic and service association. Types of Games that can be played are limited to Daily Drawings, Weekly Drawings, Punch Boards, Pull-Tabs, and Raffles.

Effective 03/03/12:

--Licensed organizations must maintain a separate bank account holding proceeds of games of chance.

--Each organization shall submit an annual report to the Revenue Department as to the prize awarded and amounts expended for public interest purposes.

--Every organization will be required to submit a copy of a criminal records background check from the State Police. This applies to the Executive Director or President and Secretary and possibly others, as required by the Revenue Department. You can download an application by clicking here.

It is recommended that organizations obtain a copy of the Small Games of Chance Act and consult legal counsel.
